Power to people

 In class,Power to people. We are doing an class election where we make a group of five and pick who the leader, Group name, Logo and slogan.

In my group our leader is kya our group name is BSS which stand for Bright Shooting Star, our slogan is Shoot higher than the star and our Logo is a flag with Bight shooting star written on it.

Instrument Evalution

 1:What have i studied in music this term?

This year i have studied the Keyboard, Guitar and Ukulele.

2:Which instrument have i enjoyed and why?

I have enjoyed playing the piano and the Keyboard.

3:Which instrument did i find the most challenging?

The Guitar was the hard for me because i found it hard to put my finger on the right key.

4:Which instrument are you going to focus on for the rest of the term and why?

The keyboard because i want to play an song on the keyboard and upload it to my blog.

5:What would you like to achieve?

I would like to do two hand on the keyboard.

Substitutions-Applesauce Muffins

 In cooking there were making muffin, Each group have different thing put in the Applesauce Muffin.

The Group who did the Original muffin Did a great job. the Canola & Soy  group did an okay job, Butter & wholemeal flour group also did an great job, Soy & wholemeal did an bad job, Butter & Soy group muffin were bad because they forgot to add something in the Muffin, My group didn't add the ingredient we had to put in at the time we didn't know until we were finish.

Energy transformation expriment

 Type of energy:

1:Chemical + Electrical = Phone

2:Light + Chemical = Flash light

3:Kinetic + light = Car

Aim:To move a marshmallow shooter that transform energy.

Equipment:1)Cup

                  2)Marshmallow

                  3)Scissors

                  4)Balloons

Method::1)Cut the top of the cup.

               2)Then cut the balloons

               3)After that you will take a hand full of marshmallow(The bullets)

               4)Place an marshmallow in the centre of the balloons.

               5)Shoot!

Conclusion:The energy change goes from elastic potential to kinetic energy after the marshmallow was fired. Over all I think the activity was pretty fun and a good idea to do with your friends.

Energy Transformation.

 The law of conservation of energy.

Energy can't be created or destroyed but you can move/give energy to different things.

An example is a flash light has a chemical energy.

Aim:To look at the energy transformation.

Equipment:1:snake made from paper

                  2:An string.

                  3:Bunsen burner.

Summary:We cut out an snake made from paper then we poke the string the hole after that we turn the bunsen burner on and put the snake made from paper and turn it.

Definition: Stored in an object, The ability to move something.

Different kinds of Energy.

1:Light Energy(Which gives light like in the microwave and x-rays.)

2:Heat Energy(This is found in all hot objects.)

3:Sound Energy(Energy used for vibrating objects/hearing different stuff.)

4:Chemical potential Energy(Energy stored in particles mostly in food.)

5:Electric Energy(The movement of electrically charges particles.)

6:Gravitational potential Energy(Energy stored in object which will make a noise or dent in the ground.)

7:Kinetic Energy(Energy due to the motion of an object like a moving car.)

8:Elastic potential Energy(Energy stored in stretched rubber band/stings.)
