Escape the light

 

This is my favourite one i made and changed. My photo is a eye view shot which mean from above your subject. Slinkachu is a photograph artist who take photo of Mini figure which the year 9 art class took photo of mini figure and then go onto Photoshop 2020 and copy your photo onto the app and copy the style of picture we were given on a slide show.

Music Class

My comments about Music 2020 are...
1. Maybe next time if i have the chance to sing as a group.
2. I love Music but not the part where you have to perform in front of the whole class.
3. Music was fun and i enjoy my time in this class.

Rice paper spring rolls

 Ingredients:Rice paper, Carrot, letter, noodle, Tomato , red pepper, Cucumbers.                                              skill: Folding/rolling the rice paper around the vegetable.                                                                                   Feedback: It was okay it could of been better.                                                                                                   Rate the food: 8/10. what differently to improve the rating: I didn't really like the rice paper.                           teamwork feedback: The team was okay could of as least been a little nicer to me.

No because you can’t just have the same ideas for everything it won’t make sense.

Heath Task blog

In Heath we are doing a task about a chosen topic we can do if the teacher is happy with it.For mine i doing PTSD with Ella but we are doing different thing to show our learning.We had to have at least five Question we had to answer the question.From there we learn about our topic we have chosen.we have learn these strategies we have research are helpful to people with PTSD. It was a challenge because i knew only a little bit of it and found out more. I coped with the challenge because Ella help me. I work well with other i know because i can trust them. Next time i will have more question.I am really proud of my work.

Why do people have PTSD? 

People have PTSD because they are feeling stress, the severity of trauma they have gone through their life, inherited mental health risks, family history of anxiety, and depression. This can affect your mental and emotional.

What is PTSD

Ptsd is a disorder that happens after experiencing something terrifying. Ptsd can affect your short term and long term. You can have triggers that bring back the event eg: nightmare flashbacks or anxiety. This medical condition can affect anyone at any age but is mostly found in 14 - 18-year-olds of people

Who is responsible for causing ptsd 

It can affect people of any age and gender. It is more common among soldiers and refugees who have endured major traumas. Adults and teenagers who have experienced childhood sexual or physical abuse may also experience Ptsd. 

How do you overcome ptsd 

Self-Monitoring, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness, social support, self-soothing, Expressive writing, Distraction, and Behavioral Activation.



What is the long term effects to ptsd 

There are many long-term effects on PTSD, many are low self-esteem or depression and anxiety. This can be a toll on your well-being and make it harder to concentrate and harder to talk to people. This can last as long as 4 months or an extended amount of years.



What is the short term effects to ptsd

Delayed responses to trauma can include persistent fatigue, sleep disorders, nightmares, fear of recurrence, anxiety focused on flashbacks, depression, and avoidance of emotions, sensations, or activities that are associated with the trauma, even remotely. Exhibit 1.3-1 outlines some common reactions.
