The video

In Wga we watch this video Simon Sinek talks about how Millennials are most likely to be almost always on their phone like when they want to watch a movie they can find it and watch. As well as people are always on their phones like adults are addicted to alcohol. Also, bad parenting telling them their special, they can have everything they want. At school, the parent will make sure that they get what they want but some teacher are scare of their parents so they do thing the kids want but as soon as they are out of the house trying to find a job but can't because they always had their parents doing things.
